By accessing or using the Field Drop mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Field Drop is a team management platform for grassroots football clubs, providing:

• Match scheduling and availability tracking
• Team communication and social features
• Player statistics and performance tracking
• Video analysis and coaching tools
• Merchandise and club shop features
• Payment processing for memberships and fees

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 require parental consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Share inappropriate content involving minors

4.2 Content Standards

All content you post must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Comply with applicable laws
• Respect others' privacy
• Be appropriate for all ages (youth sports context)

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display Your Content in the App
• Store and process Your Content to provide our services
• Create derivatives for features like video highlights

5.2 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Syston Tigers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Some features may require payment:

• Team membership fees
• Merchandise purchases
• Premium subscriptions (if applicable)

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

7.3 Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Video Recording and AI Analysis

9.1 Consent to Recording

By using video features, you consent to recording of matches, storage of video content, and sharing of videos within your team.

9.2 AI Processing

We may use AI to analyze videos for coaching insights. You will be asked for explicit consent before AI processing occurs.

9.3 Minors in Videos

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYSTON TIGERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed £50.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We will delete your data within 30 days.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users.

13. Content Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content via the "Report" button. We review reports promptly and may remove violating content, issue warnings, or ban accounts.

14. Children's Safety

We are committed to protecting children:

• COPPA compliance for users under 13
• Parental consent required for minors
• Age-appropriate content standards
• Zero tolerance for exploitation

15. Changes to Terms

16. Governing Law
